Please make an effort to keep your lots free of leaves and especially keep the leaves out of your drainage ditches. We are planning on having the Yantis Volunteer Fire Department come in and clean your culverts. They ask for a $25 donation for each culvert you have cleaned. Remember....the culverts are your responsibility to keep clear. The BOD has authorized a few of the culverts belonging to the park to be cleared at the same time.
Please continue to support our fundraising team as they work towards completing our clubhouse. Donations are always needed and appreciated.

Do you have friends coming to the community to visit? You can download a temporary parking pass for them by clicking below. Remember that your dates can only be for a two week period. The Board of Directors hopes this helps everyone in the future.
