Finally.....Phase 1 of our road reconstruction is complete. I hope everyone enjoys the effort done to finish this project. Hopefully we will be able to do a bit more every year until we have a complete concrete road. Reminder....now that the roads are smoother doesn't mean that they are faster. Keep your speed to 15 mph and make sure your guests do the same.
Fall finally got here and the leaves are falling. Please make an effort to keep your lots free of leaves and especially keep the leaves out of your drainage ditches. We are planning on having the Yantis Volunteer Fire Department come in and clean your culverts. They ask for a $25 donation for each culvert you have cleaned. Remember....the culverts are your responsibility to keep clear. The BOD has authorized a few of the culverts belonging to the park to be cleared at the same time.
Please continue to support our fundraising team as they work towards completing our clubhouse. Donations are always needed and appreciated.
WhiteOak Shores is a restricted subdivision for property owners only. The Association does not sell or lease property within its boundries. Anyone buying property in this subdivision should check with Tom Smith Accounting (numbers below), to see if there are any outstanding balances on the property. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the association with all the information needed to set the account up in the computer. An information packet will be given to the new owner that will provide rules and restrictions in the park.
WhiteOak Shores has no liability regarding the buying and selling of any lots. All arrangements should be handled by the parties involved. Once sale has been completed it is the buyer and seller's responsibility to notify Tom Smith Accounting.
Do you have friends coming to the community to visit? You can download a temporary parking pass for them by clicking below. Remember that your dates can only be for a two week period. The Board of Directors hopes this helps everyone in the future.
