All homeowners are invited to observe the non-executive portion of all our board meetings. Per the new state law, all discussions at this board meeting will be limited to the above agenda items. Any new agenda items brought to the board must be published in an agenda to all homeowners and as such, will be tabled until the next board meeting.
Notice: Some of the members of the park will be getting a friendly reminder that their grass is getting tall or that they need to clean up their grounds which may include trailer cleaning. If you get an email or letter, just remember the ACC and board are doing their duties.

WhiteOak Shores is a restricted subdivision for property owners only. The Association does not sell or lease property within its boundries. Anyone buying property in this subdivision should check with the Excel Association Management Company office, to see if there are any outstanding balances on the property. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the association with all the information needed to set the account up in the computer. An information packet will be given to the new owner that will provide rules and restrictions in the park.
WhiteOak Shores has no liability regarding the buying and selling of any lots. All arrangements should be handled by the parties involved. Once sale has been completed it is the buyer and seller's responsibility to notify Excel Association Management.
Do you have friends coming to the community to visit? You can download a temporary parking pass for them by clicking below. Remember that your dates can only be for a two week period. The Board of Directors hopes this helps everyone in the future.
